Outskirts of Pretoria, a sport Corner, but not enough seating area for such big sports grounds. Convenient for use of public transport

Look at the rugby pitch ever green & well maintained & well looked after wth different kind of grass & 4 soccer pitch worse off, bumpy rely on rain for water is it because black kids are using the soccer fields & white kids the rugby field.
