Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this agency. Staff extremely rude and condescending - especially the manager. Stay away!
This was the absolute worst experience my family has ever had with an estate agency. The electric fence was never working, and the gate was faulty and was never properly fixed after being reported several times. Incidentally, we were robbed at gun-point in the house. It was stated in the lease that Private Accommodation would not be held responsible for such incidents. However, the house should not be advertised as "safe and secure". It was definitely NOT safe and secure. It has taken them 5 months to return my deposit. They are so eager to take your money, but are not bothered to return it. They did not answer calls or emails after trying to contact them for months. They are not on the University of Pretoria list of accredited private accommodation. It is clearer now, why that is the case. Absolutely atrocious service from Private Accommodation. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

Convenient Accomodation management
The worst agency ever, i stayed in their flat for about 5 years. Their communication was bad, took time to get back to us when we had problems, sometimes wouldn't get back to us at all. To top it all they never gave back my deposit, even a small percentage of it and when I asked for it they were so mean and came with so many excuses.
As many others I am highly unhappy with Private Accommodation as they are quick to jump you for money and contracts and so on I have been trying to get feedback from them for 4 days an no one is coming back to me regarding my deposit or when j can expect it and I am very very unhappy with thier office, The only person there that is worth his salt is Louise Kritzinger. I am seriously considering taking legal actions against them as even the owner of the property ended her contract with them due to them not paying the rent to her on time and thus causing me endless headaches.
