They literally never answer the phone and when someone does answer to take a message. They never call back or the message never gets to the intended party. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!

I have had the worst customer service experience with this branch. I took my vehicle for a service, and asked them to check my break pads. Which my break pads where changed and the service plan had authorized and paid for the pads. Which I was made to pay for them because I needed to release my vehicle as I was going to work! Now this was in November! Sent them proof from the service plan that it was authorized and that the one pads was paid for and that I didn’t have to pay and the branch acknowledged that they needed to refund me! To date, I’m still sending countless emails which no one is responding to, I have submitted all the documentation that they asked me too when they decide to respond to my emails, and I’m yet to receive my refund! This has not only dented my perception of the branch but the entire Renault brand and the fact that I drive this car makes me ill! I will never ever walk in the branch or a Renault dealer ever again.

I called them 3 times yesterday for service quote and they just put me on hold, after 5 minutes of holding they dropped the call, until now I haven't got assistance, I think is better to drive there, disgusting stinking customer service, they deserve a 0 star
