40 minute waiting time is absurd. The staff's cold personality is on another level!

My order was placed at 10:00 in the morning and was told that I would be contacted once it was ready. I received NO call or any form of notification 3 hours later so I then decided to go to the branch, this was at 13:10 and my order was still not complete, the manager did not even apologize in fact Ihe was completely oblivious when I told him the issue and I waited an additional 15 min, I'm extremely disappointed with this pathetic service

Worst experience !!! Would never go back !! Called to place an order the lady said it would be 15 min and when we got there the don't have there order on the system !! They did not even offer a solution but told us to place the order again and wait another 20 min !!!

At times the service is slow, but the staff's friendliness staff makes up for it. My only concern is on 2 occasions I've had to re-cook my pizza due to the raw dough under the toppings, usually I can't return because I'm 20mins away from the mall and too starved to go back. Otherwise most times I'm a satisfied customer.

Serves is not up to standard. Lady at counter isn’t a pleasant person and when you ask her questions she gives you answer with an attitude. Use to be a nice pizza place
