I had my roof sealed by them. First rain thereafter the roof was still leaking. Tried calling. Tried email. Even called Kevin. The office is not answering and Kevin's promises are empty. Haven't even received the warrantee certificate yet. Waste of time and money

I used Roof Proof Restoration to waterproof and paint our roof. They have made a packet off us and gave a guarantee for their workmanship. We now have several leaks a couple months after their work and have been trying to get them back to our site to fix the problem. They have messed me around over and over and now do not take my calls. Never use this company, their guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on and you will definitely have leaks and terrible communication. I have been patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt and still have leaks now going on 6 weeks. Useless company. Go with a company that is good, where the guarantee is a guarantee and values their customers.

Hopefully I will be able to retract this and change my mind by next week. The guys are very friendly but that is all that impresses me. Our initial complaint was the major leak in our flatlet and also serious leak in the main house kitchen. Two months on and how many return visits later, the exact spots are STILL GUSHING WATER!! The ceiling boards were replaced and will need replacing again. The roof was painted nicely but zero promises were kept and the quality of work done is poor - to say the very least. Communication is poor - not too sure how many missed calls, messages, whatsapps are needed in order to get a response?. And oh...the only thing not poor is the large sum of money handed over to them and here we sit, square one and with a leaking roof. I would not recommend them for all the money in the world!

Roof Proof’s tardiness in communication and inability to anticipate problems with the advice they originally gave us have been shocking to say the least. A waterproofing company is supposed to WATERPROOF. We consider the waterproofing done on our roof as a half-baked job because it has resulted in more leaking than before. The fact that our gutters would be a problem should have been communicated to us upon original advice given. Roof Proof’s slow response to my inquiries despite my attempts to make contact every single. day is simply unprofessional and unacceptable. It has cost us a lot of money. Our ceiling boards are warped, cracked and stained. Water was gushing onto my patio last night and leaking into my lounge. My entire parquet floored lounge was flooded and js now damaged. We are shocked at the poor business practice of your company, and lack of willingness to assist despite the contractual claim that there is a 5 year warranty.

They Fixed a roof for me in December 2019 (not a small project) but 3 months later with a massive rainstorm it leaked again. I tried to contact them but could not get hold of them (I assumed it was Lock-down issues). Now - after lock down , I am still not getting any joy. They gave me 3 year guarantee, but they do not answer emails, do not answer office phone. When I finally got hold of Kevin on his mobile he said he would send out someone on Monday - we arranged access with the tenant... NO SHOW. Now they are ignoring my calls... So we paid for nothing - the problem is not resolved and they are not honoring their guarantee on their workmanship. We now have ceiling and paintwork damage and I will probably need to get another company out to come and fix the mess. Will definitely not recommend.
