Uncomfortably hot and smells rank. I don't expect a fish shop to smell like roses but the heat certainly doesn't help.

Bought 3 frozen markel fish, few months ago after defrosting 2 of them were grey & rotten. Returned them & got unpleasant service. Yesterday i bought 3 packs of mussel & prawns & sadly they are also rotten! I’m not sure what the Quality manager of this factory outlet does , to ensure that expired food is removed from the shelves!

Bought the same hake portions I bought weeks ago at the same price, only to find out that this time it was NOT hake covered in the batter. It is some sort of fish finger mix and tastes horrible! Tried to contact them a few times -number rings and then goes to voice mail. Very dissappointed!
