Firstly patients waited over 2 hours outside the premises and still didn't get files. Appreciate the nurses doing vitals even without files. It's now 3 hours and still no files. It appears the clerks working in the filing room, finding difficult in getting their system right

Honestly speaking am not sure you guys are shot stuffed but this is not acceptable at all I've been here from 08:00 in the morning still I have not been helped I just see people working around in time like this they advice us not to be at crouded places

today i got to the clinic at 06:46 and i was no:23 on the queue,but i left the clinic at 15:03 ,the sister couldn't help my sick child bcoz the lady called Nomathembha took our clinic cards to bring our files and never came bek with it.when i ask for the file the security lady told me that Noma went out for lunch ,i waited for 2 hrs for her to come back until i decided to leave the clinic sadly without my babys clinic card and the sick note to bring to work. everyone was even complaining why the sisters go to lunch at once for 2 hrs. so i went to collect my babys clinic card the following day, and guess what: i was tared apart and just by looking at the card you could tell that it was ripped deliberately.i was like woow!!

The service is really slow especially maternity section we've been waiting for over 3 hours on the benchs no help yet since 6 ppl were taken Almost 2 hours ago ND nothing since.... The only person that takes the patients seriously is the security personnel Chantelle whose always helpful ND friendly... This situation isn't getting any better everytime we wait ND wait for long hours u get to arrive as early as 6am ND get help around 3 which way too long... The aim is not to tarnish the the reputation but to hope better service delivery...

Pharmacists at dispensary are worthless. They are just there to get paid. I think you should start doinv stats on them and check how many patients they assist within an hour. I wont be surprised if they help only 2 patients per hour because they are forever at the rest rooms and on lunch with no relives.

Skinner clinic services is poor from the clerk to consultation rooms.I was there and found nurses sitting and chatting.When you are approach them you just see reaction from their face that no BATHO PELE spirit but them. So you will see that no humanity in them because they can afford medical fees privately and we suffer due the selfishness they have and do not care mode.1 Star is for being able to get help after long hours waiting but nurses siting there doing nothing.

The nurses tell you that you have to be there by 7am or else you forfeit your appointment but you only get served at 2pm. Bad service delivery.

I used to go to the psychiatric clinic but the service was awful. You always see a different doctor and they dont really listen to you and the medication qeue was always long and staff are not friendly
