The service at this health department (bb clinic) is so bad to an extent that they always give us they are problem as if they where not aware that what ever tool or papers that need to be In place are not enough for the next day. COVID-19 papers are always not available or people who are responsible for doing the test ar not available.

It is the government establishment. These are normally full with pstients and with limited staff. When you go after hours and they think yourcase is not an emergency, you might sit even for the whole night until the morning staff finds you there. But it is a good initiative. It is not as bad a the hospital.
