Had to pay fees twice to correct registration, when asked what happens to my extra payment I was told it will be allocated to the next annual fees...IM STILL WAITING TWO YEARS LATER. Phone calls take all day to get through when I eventually do I'm put on hold and have to start the calling process all over again. I paid my fees late this year as SANC owes me and maybe that would get their attention. Thinking of legal action. It's about the principle.

Please sent your staff for training. Your staff is extremly incompetent, they have no idee how to treat the public with respect and dignity!. You have to sent them emails over and over again to get your details updated. Your staff are very unfriendly!!!! This type of service and behaviour us totally unacceptable. Regards Sonja Stander
Worse service ever the consultant are so rude.ive paid money on Tuesday for my license but dey said its not reflecting on dem while i used direct deposit n i need my license my job is on de line
The greatest curse and reason why nursing is disrespected and will never grow is because of this council. From administration everything is si disappointing. They're so so rude and disrespectful with entitlement. I hope the minister of health will take note of this matter that'll personally make sure is delivered to his office. The profession will die because of this council.
Covid 19 complient excellent service
I am really disappointed in the service. The agents are quite rude and impatient when asking them questions calmly. I was unable to finish my sentences because the agent kept interrupting me and then put me on hold without answering again. Please remember even if clients are asking frustrating questions that they are still clients receiving a service.
