This morning I went to buy some chloor, next moment a staff member were having a fist fight with a customer. They hit each other in the face, rolled around smashing everything in their way, shouting and swearing. This was a very bad experience! You should discipline your staff. Although I love your products and usually get very good service you will never see me again. Pathetic!

I bought a heating element with a housing for my jacuzzi. After installation I ran it for about half an hour when my power tripped, Checking the jacuzzi I noticed the element had melted the housing and the water was spraying out of the housing and caused a short on the electricity. The NEXT DAY I took the thing back whereby I was told it has to be sent to their head office and they will get back to me by the Monday. Wednesday came and I have not heard anything so I went in to the shop only be told that the heating element was run without water and that's why it melted (although the water was spraying out of the housing, when it was running). I was then told that they will not refund and it was a bad installation which was the cause so there is no claim. The manager had no interest in listening to me explain the scenario of what happened. I will definitely not be going back to this store anytime soon

I would like to say it is really frustrating when you call and the person that answers the phone sounds tired irritated and does not sound that they want to help you at all, so I will steer clear. If that is the warm welcome you get than I can not help to think what the service would be like!
