This is probably one of the best student dormitories I've ever been to. The place is well taken care of, always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming, also offer the best services/facilities available.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If I could they wouldn’t even get that 1 star. The management is terrible. What’s even more shocking is that when you want a refund on your deposit after moving out they will send you on a wild goose chase. But expect their rent when they want it. There are so many hidden costs I don’t know even where to begin. They will charge you for the maintenance they are responsible for. They make rules and don’t even have the audacity to inform tenants but expect you to know and follow them. I would not recommend this place at all. Even those good reviews they are getting are from “house committee” students who used to work in the building.
There is a horrible cockroach infestation. For the price that we're paying I think it's unfair to have to live with cockroaches. Secondly, suddenly no visitors are allowed, no solid reasons were given for this sudden change of rules. Lastly,the admin staff is clearly incompetent. Things that should only take a few hours take weeks to complete. You have to email time and time again to get documents sent back to you.
The rating system should be revised to allow people to leave 0 star reviews because this place does warrant such a rating. The facilities within the building are not bad but the administration is REALLY poor. There is good communication when you want to extend your lease or when your rental is due but the admin goes silent when you move out and want your deposit back. Anyone considering moving here should just read the other reviews. When I typed this, the only positive comments were from students employed by TMM or some of their other service providers. By the time more than 70 people find the time to leave a bad review, you know that there's something wrong. I'd recommend ANY other flat or having a seizure.
You will wait for your deposit, and get falsely charged as well. The way they manage the building is really horrible. They do not respect you in terms of claiming money due back to you. You will wait close to 3 months for your own money. It's truly uncomfortable living there. Would not recommend
Once you pay your deposit forget about getting it back. If you complain about something that is not your fault they use your rent money to cover it and then ask you pay rent again. Refuse to do so they just block your finger print so you can't access the building which forces you to pay the rent again. otherwise you remain outside. The building itself with all its facilities is perfect for students but Huurkor is just being the BS agency they're known to be.
Not a good place at all, service is terrible and you get deductions on your deposit money that you do not understand. I recommend you look at other reviews and look for another place to stay
