If it weren't for the previous experiences I've had with Rina this would have been a 1 start rating. When a friend was struggling for 4 months to get the shoes back that he had sent in for repair Rina stepped in and solved the problem is less than 2 hours. Everybody works so well when she is there. I had found a pair of shoes I needed and asked her to keep them for me until I got back. She made sure another lady put my name and number on the box. That was the good part. I went back on a day when she was not there and had a terrible experience. People not doing their job. Very very slow service. Once my shoes were finally found in the mess of a backroom, I had to wait an additional chunk of time to before the single cashier of got to me as she had been struggling with a return and no one wanted to give her a hand. I was so astounded at how badly different the experiences were. Place definitely runs better with her there.
