I have 4 grievances: 1. We had an appointment at a motor dealer in Hatfield, they rocked up 90 min late and with a lame excuse (actually a lie). 2. They took 4.5 hours to fit my canopy, put film on the windshield and install a wire to the bakkie's load area. 3. They never fastened the negative pole of the wire to the load area. Moreover, the wire was only encased in protective plastic a short distance past the battery. The wire for the remainder of the distance was left unprotected. 4. The guy who installed the windshield film left numerous dirt marks on the vehicle's roof material.

Great service. Took time, which I think means they are delivering quality. Waiting for a couple of days to see if the tint will be as slick as they said. But overall I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them. One thing I would say I didn't like is how they close the car doors. Man, people who were servicing me banged my doors throughout the session. Lol :D

Took two vehicles there for tinting, the guys did a excellent job however I've notice a tunnel on the one window and blurriness on another window. The guys didn't argue with me and the owner Frits gave me a detailed explanation on why this happens and they quickly fixed it. Now this is customer service and therefor I will be a returning customer!
This is the second time i used their service and would definitely return again. They have some very friendly staff and great quality workmanship.
