I have been using this dry for quite many years and I never had a problem, I brought my one of my expensive suit and it came back like they washed with chemical or water or something, when I try to explain to the owner she was so rude, she said she has nothing to do with my suit having reddish colour, she said it's a factory fault, I am no longer gonna need her service and I dont think her business will survive

i was once in the area and needed a polo formal shirt to be cleaned and ironed for a job interview. so i googled and found them around the corner from the interview location. they had it ready with-in 2 hours and it looked good. and it was really cheap... something like R20 for the full service
The owner Sebrina, as she called herself, is the rudest person . I gave my wedding dress and my husbands wedding suit in to be dry cleaned on recommendation from the tailors where we had my husbands suit made. I gave the clothes in on the 5 Dec 2016, and she confirmed with me that the clothes will be ready for collection around the 14/15 Dec 2016. I drove all the way from Montana(Pretoria)to Brooklyn only to hear when I got there my dress wasn't finished so I drove all the way for nothing. Upon collecting the dress and suit on the 3 Jan 2017, a button was off of the suit (a very expensive suit) and they didn't bother putting my dress back in it's original packaging (big back zip up bag) that I gave it in with. Her reaction when I called her and informed her of this was: they are not responsible for the suit's button coming off (not that I claimed this) and why didn't I check for the cover of my wedding dress. She asked me in an extremely rude manner what I want her to do about this, and she couldn't even apologize for me having to drive up and down two times, wasting my time and money. It was too much effort for her to even look for the button that came off in her washing machine or to keep it for me. I will never do business with you again as you were the most unhelpful, unprofessional and unconsidered person, and I will most definitely not recommend your services to anyone. If this is the owners attitude then I highly doubt that the business will succeed.
