Mid June 2020 I bought 2 devices on contract at this outlet, 5-6 weeks later both devices started malfunctioning. Several attempts to cancel the contract fell on deaf ears. The store manager Annah and regional manager Ewert are not helpful at all. Each shifts the blame to the call center then the call center shifts the blame to the branch.

vodacom next to pick n pay, the service there is worst one can ever imagine. Change of staff members should be considered and customer training should on top of their list.

There are 2 Vodacom stores in Wonderpark. My review is about the one next to Pick 'n Pay. Due to the current health recent regulations, the average waiting period before getting assistance is at least 1 hour. Therefore, if you want to avoid waiting for so long before being assisted then, you should be 1st in line when the store opens.
