The worst service ever....doesn't deserve even 1 star. Had to return earbuds due to one of them not charging, ...only to be treated bad as if we taking chances...sent from one store assistant to another, ending up to the one we started at. 1 out of 4 pairs n we r asked if we even know how they work. No communication whatsoever from that guy...only to receive assistance from one that doesn't know that we haven't been communicated to...*rolls eyes*...ai ke...yah neh the service we get from our own mara the others???? *sigh*

Please be careful, The quote for phone repair doesn't have a validaty time? As soon as you return to do the repair, the price goes up!!!!

I walked into my historically favourite vodacom shop, looking for thre price on a 24 month deal for the S20 ultra. The guy who assisted me, firstly told me in no uncertain terms that there is only a 36 month deal available. Then on further questioning, he added he doesn't know about a 24 month deal, and if it exists, it's "going to be more expensive". Really?? Needless to say, they lost a customer right there. I will go somewhere where the staff know all the details to my questions.
