Recently ordered a custom-made stainless-steel grill from WeDoAll and this was a very positive experience overall. They bent over backwards to accommodate every specific requirements that I had (which were numerous) and delivered exactly what I expected, despite the various manufacturing and logistics challenges due to the Covid-19 lock down. I called this company three times before completing my online order to confirm that they had stock of the below item and ask when delivery could take place to the Cape Town CBD. All representatives told me it would take 2 days to another metro area of South Africa. The order arrived 5-6 days after ordering, which was a bit frustrating, but consistent with other vendors not based in the Cape Town area. The product that arrived is top quality and was very affordable compared to competition. If you're not in a huge rush, I'd recommend calling this company to check stock.

UPDATE: got contacted the day after posting the below and they assisted with a refund as the product was no longer available. Not getting any feedback on my order and its been 3 months now. I placed my order on the 24th December 2020 and got an autoresponder saying you only open 5 Jan which is understandable. Then on the 11th of Jan, I emailed asking for an update to which i was responded that there was not stock and that you are waiting on stock. I then emailed on the 30th Jan 2021 asking for an update yet again to which i got no response. Then on the 21st of Feb I emailed yet again asking for an update or a refund to which I received a response that the warehouse would be receiving stock on the 26th of Feb so I agreed to wait for the stock to arrive then get it shortly after. I heard nothing else since so again on the 19th March 2021 I emailed again asking for an update on the order as it should have arrived by now but got no response. I then emailed again today "30 March 2021" and I'm still waiting for feedback. I'm not happy with this service where I constantly have to follow up on my order, please contact me and either give me a definite on when the order will arrive or please refund my order in full as I requested on the 21th Feb already. Its been 3 months now.

Worst experience ever buying online from Wedoall, purchased trolleys last year early November 2020, two weeks later I was notified that the trolleys are ready to collect. Drove all the way from Springs to Pretoria to collect only to find it's not the trolleys I ordered online. Promised to exchange the trolleys for the correct once and will let me know when it's ready. It's the 10th of February 2021 and still didnt receive any trolleys yet. I have to ask Sanet every week on feedback on the trolleys and evertime it's just empty promises. Dont waste your time or money to do business with them. Very negative feedback on Hello Peter as well, do your research before consider buying anything from them
