Second beach is stunning....like wise with 3rd beach....but 3rd beach is the more hectic one..busy with lots people..drinking etc..also with lots of teens who look underage consuming alcohol as well..otherwise pjs is really a gem

Mixed feelings as the setting is suburb, but the upkeep is terrible. Could be a gem. Also one does not feel 100% secure. The people I spoke to are friendly. Avoid the shops if possible.
