After my last encounter, i can say that they definitely pride themselves on the service provided as so much effort was made by staff and the owner to make our experience a pleasant one. The food was nothing short of amazing! Will definitely be visiting them again :)

The staff is friendly and the food is good however the manager Yolandi (daughter of the franschise owner) has no regard of clients and staff. She shouts at staff in the presence of clients and expects to be attended to whilst staff is attending to clients. Very unpleasant
As a vegetarian, the veggie burger was delish! It's always nice go see restaurants offering options for the meatless community. Also our waitress was just the best! Buli really made the experience 100 times better! 10/10 for me (it's a nine but Buli did it for me)

I wish I could give this place a -5 star rating. Slow service and the worst waffles I have ever tasted... raw, flouery and cold, just horrific. Flat Coke.
