What a amazing company to deal with. I could not get any support for my Turtle Beach gaming headset's until I found them. Where to start. I have never encountered such impecable service from a company in South Africa. I had a problem with my Razer headset. I was pointed in the direction of Apex Interactive, where via email I spoke to Mlungisi Mkhabela. He was friendly helpful and attentive to my every question. My quiry was dealt with in less than half and hour from start to finish. This was on the 16/09/19. To my surprise, my package was delivered to me the following morning on the 17/09/19 with no hassles. This is outstanding service! I am very happy with my Razer product and that there is a company that supports its local market to such an extent. I will gladly do buisness with this company again.
