My washing machine was repaired by the Randburg branch only to have the exact same part that was replaced, fail again 7 months later. Poor workmanship/repair caused a "Brand New" component to fail after 7 months when the original bearing lasted 6 years.

I used Bergens repair this week to repair my 1 year old Whirpool top loader. Rudi, I assume to be the manager or owner promised to call me half an hour before they came onsite so that I could leave my work at meet the technician at my flat. True to his word - he called me just after 1pm the following day to say the tech was on his way. Our scheduled appointment was for 1.30pm. As I drove up to my gate the bakkie had just arrived. The tech. was friendly and professional - he sorted my machine promptly and made sure not to mess water on my kitchen floor or foyer carpet. I was very happy with the service and thought what better way to compliment Bergens than a positive google review. Thank you Rudi - my brother and nephew suggested I use Bergens, I am very pleased that I did.
