Charlie is a wonderful and knowledgeable owner. She has awesome machines and does the most incredible work on them. You will not be disappointed when you visit the shop, buy the lovely material and sewing stuff and/or purchase a machine from her. After service is incredible. They also service any kind of machine.

Sad to say but have been having the worst experience from this shop. Handed in my sewing machine for a service, received it broken. Handed it in again and since then (/- 5 weeks), no feedback. I went to the shop to inquire, was promised they will give me feedback, no feedback. Called and asked again about my sewing machine, they still could not give feedback. When I requested that they please find out what is happening the lady on the phone got very upset with me when I asked can they not just phone me and give me feedback.
