Further elaboration for my rating is detailed below: Next time an appointment is confirmed with a potential Client please make sure that all business-related diaries/calendars actually correspond instead of making the client clear out her schedule to respect the commitment, allowing her to drive all the way to your office (with family members who wanted to share a Bridal experience with her) only to be driven away by a passive-aggressive Receptionist who refuses to regard written confirmation of appointment. Then when the client uses her basic Consumer Rights on a public domain to leave a rating, please do not patronize her for her point of view which might help others in the future. I opted not to leave detailed evidence of my experience because 1-star is better than what everyone will now be able to read... Also Lizette did try and compensate fairly for the mistake (and all was forgotten) but upon reading this response, I have been left with no choice. All the best in all future business endeavors.

My story started more than 6 months ago, when my wedding preparations began, with excitement I started my planing. Like everyone, the dress, suit and venue were the first on the list. So, off I went to the dressmaker with my ideal wedding dress in mind to start the process. Month on month I was told to come back as there was always something else that needed to be done with the dress. Two months before the wedding the tension began as my wedding dress was not done and every week I returned to the dress making. Until finally, I reached a week before the wedding with no dress. I was referred to Lizette from Bidal Alchemy by Sandra, a colleague who recently got married and who only ranted and raved about Lizette's workmanship and professionalism. A week to go to the big day with not much hope I made an appointment. Within 4 days and one fitting Lizette provided me with the PERFECT DRESS!!!! I was ecstatic, a perfectly fitted dress that sat like a glove and more beautify than I could imagine. Lizette, was a magician at work, off to save my wedding in no time. She was polite, professional and compassionate to my situation, even though she had a terrible cold at the time. Thank you Lizette , you were my fairy Godmother. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
