We recently suffered the loss of our precious Boston Terrier, Lucy. The care, compassion and empathy shown by Bromhof Veterinary Clinic, & especially Dr Gillian Declercq (who is a Locum), was outstanding. It was like being sent hugs from heaven! Every time we think of our loss, we will be reminded of God's Angels at Bromhof who work tirelessly and passionately to serve our furry family! We pay you to look after our pets, not love them. Yet that's exactly what you gave Lucy in her last moments - love. Thank you! We are forever grateful.

Friendly vet and caring staff. There was more to be desired in terms of innovative treatment ideas for my pets autoimmune disease. In the end I healed him myself through research and keen observation which I wish the vet would have initiated. For uncomplicated treatment I would recommend them for sure

Unfriendly and unhelpful. My doggie has never been ill or needed the vet and I recently moved to the area. During our holiday in Cape Town I called the vet to arrange some products for my pets upset stomach while he was being cared for by a neighbor. The receptionist was very rude and almost demeaning and told me the vet said I need to contact my own vet! Will never support this vet or recommend them to anyone!! The fact that they would not even help me with buying products off their shelf put me off and the attitude was just the cherry on top. Zero star rating from me!
Uncompassionate to say the least, our bird was attacked by another bird to the point where he was dying. Rushed to Bromhof specifically because we were under the impression they had experience with birds. My partner was crying holding this bird and the receptionist said "Just hold one minute, I need to upload something". She could see the panic we were in and just left us in the reception to hold our dying bird. Needless to say we left and went to Boskruin Vet for the help we needed.
As a first time dog owner, I highly recommend this vet. Everything you need in one place.
