I have purchased a play station 4 at Randburg cash crusaders on the 10th of October. I have never used it as I kept a surprise for my son after writing his exam. On Wednesday the 25th we took it out for him to play it could not read the disc. I then returned it to the shop. The salesperson went on about it was working when I purchased it and they have tested it. On the day they did not even play the disc they inserted it and move whatever that was displayed on the screen being a person who never played this thing I was happy that it is working. When I returned I was told the manager is not there and the guys who can help is busy with cameras. until i decided to pack my stuff and leave. I must say that there was a guy who tried to assist but he knew nothing about play stations. he said he is more in musical instruments. i am not happy at as the product has not been used even once.

The manager Dylan, put up a notice and advised that if we have any queries as customers we should call and enquire. I just made a call to ask whether they would be open on the 1st of June and he hung up on me. Why say you would take our queries and hang up, it wasnt a personal call. Could this be how you treat your customers? He has no right to mislead us and treat me like that. Sickened
