Not very help full and made as if they look on the pc to see if stock was available. I think she do not know the product. If you advertis on your website then keep the stock or you must be able to help the customer just lift up your shoulders is not good enough. Will not recommend this place.

Terrible service placed and paid for an order I want to collect. Jhb branch most unhelpful cannot even be bothered to try and contact warehouse to find out when my order will be ready for collection. They close tomorrow and by the looks of things wont be getting my order before closure. Totally unhappy with this service. That's very frustrating for you to deliver at my office I have been on leave for a week and specifically chose the option to collect from your warehouse. I will redirect the collection to where you delivered the goods.
