For the first time in a long while everyone was helpful friendly, from the gate personnel to the specific room directed. We were there for a drop off and it was a drop off _ 20 minutes, I'm happy the department visit was quick.

If you are lucky you will find a person willing to help and not just pass you on to the next person. If you need to go here just know that it is not going to go well and your query most probably will not be sorted out first time round.
