Why is there not an option for zero stars? The first problem is that this company doesn’t honour appointments. Won’t show up the whole day and then find an excuse of why they did not come. No one can sit at home the whole day waiting for something that is not going to happen. Then, I got the guy out to personally show him what I need to be done. I had a wall that was falling over that I needed to erect again (5 panels) and then to raise the whole wall of 12 panels by another slab. (From 6 foot till 7 foot) I was given a day on which they would come to do the job. I organized for someone to be home. Was told at 0&:30 that the guys are on their way. Two hours later I was told that they are stuck in traffic due to an accident on the highway. (No accident found on the Waze app). A few hours later the excuse was that they had a flat tyre. Eventually rocked up well into the afternoon. Then rushed to finish before end of shift. They raised the wall on 7 of the panels. Then told us that the quote did only quote for 7 out of the 12 panels. (Remember that the guy was here to see what I need). Why would anyone only raised 7 out of 12 panels on a wall?! They then had to come back the next day to finish the job. The cement mixture must be wrong as it is already falling off less than 2 months after the completed job. Found that the pillars were not cemented (so how long before the wall will fall over again?) The finishes on the cement look like a toddler was doing it. Please don’t get caught out by this company. Absolutely no pride in their work. It is now 4 months later and the wall that they “fixed” had fallen over again! So for R14 000, I just have a mess to show for it!!

Even with local standards the worst company I have ever worked with. They delivered lousy work, staff left a mess and they came three times to adjust their work. And still it is far from perfect. Never again. They responded very quickly to fix a electric fence they put up. That was good customer service. Since I cannot put in a new review here I upgrade to three stars. I would prefer to stick to one star for the wall and 5 for the customer service Update: After the fence triggered several false alarms we called another company to fix it. It turned out the the section that was added by FSH was installed wrongfully and without any additional earthing, as required by law so back to initial one star
