Very well laid out grass factory, offering variations of instant lawn, topsoil,fertilizers delivery etc. Efficient staff. I had a job finding the entrance and also found them to be expensive.

Have never felt so ripped off. Bought 30 bags compost and took a price pamphlet to see other products later only to find when I looked at it later I could have gotten the bulk bags 1 m3 for R300 less than I paid for the 30 bags (around 1/2 m3). I appreciate my fault for not knowing better but surely you advise customers purchasing like this of the bulk option before jumping on charging them significantly more for less?

I received a quote and paid in full (over R9000) to have a new lawn laid in September. I understood that there was a delay with the type of lawn but I have emailed on 6 October and asked for an update and NO RESPONSE. I have called all the numbers on the website. They all ring but then NO ANSWER. I am very concerned that this may not be a legitimate business. Has anyone else had this TERRIBLE SERVICE? @GrassFactory PLEASE CONTACT ME!
