I would just like to say thank you to Head to Toe Beauty for the amazing experience, I can highly recommend them. The therapists are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I went for the Deep Cleanse Facial and Full Body Massage and both were fantastic, but the winner was definitely the Deep Cleanse Facial, the therapist was Sherline and after the facial, combined with the recommended products, I finally have clear skin after many years of struggling and trying various products. Looking forward to going back.

First time visiting this salon. In current times thought I'd support an independent operator rather than my usual chain. Despite some sterling reviews my experience was at the most underwhelming. My therapist failed to introduce herself, her uniform was shabby and very little explanation was given around the process for my manicure. Despite trying to make conversation with her there was very little response. My one finger is still sore after having had it bleed during the process. Staff phones were charging in full view of clients and one rang repeatedly during my treatment... Certainly not conducive to a relaxing experience. One of the staff members used one of the treatment rooms as her personal lunch venue leaving a mop and bucket in the other treatment room to which I moved for my eyebrow wax.

I had a gel mani, pedi, and eyebrow threading. The service was exceptional, the nail techs were gentle and did a brilliant job, and it was all-round a great experience. Will definitely be back!

I went there today and there was two males. The one had a beer in his hand. When I was left to change, he came out and could view me through the window. Totally unprofessional. I left immediate, without the products that I wanted.
