Wasn't very happy with the service. We came in on Saturday ajd enquired about pink and blue tetras, we were told they were R50 each. We said we would come back the following day to buy 4, upon arrival (we had to cancel plans to make this happen as they close at 13:00 on Sunday) only to be told no, they are R95 each, when I adressed this with who I assume was the manager, he wasn't very interested and said it was "human error". I understand that a human error happens, but that is not the customer's problem, and the right thing to do would be to honour the price that was supplied the previous day. However, this was refused, even after we had bought other items there the day befor AND had to cancel plans JUST for the fish. Won't support this petshop again, as they could have chosen to honour the price given, and to he honest, the manager (I assume) didn't seem to really care, just shrugged his shoulders. When I told him we're not going to buy them then, we got another shrug and he walked off. Way to go for customer service. And it is overpriced. Rebel Pets in Kempton is R60, just FYI, might want to relook your pricing and customer service if you still want customers
