Vincent is the brew master and I can highly recommend his beer. Very hospitable and great to chill and have a good beer. I specifically HIGHLY recommend his pumpkin ale. I also really like his labels for his beers. Great place to visit on one of the open days.

This review is for their online store. I placed an order for two items on 22 April 2016. Both were shown on the website to be in stock. The order shipped on 6 May 2016 and I received it on 10 May. One of the items was not as specified and I phoned them immediately to ask about replacement. I was promised that the courier company would collect the wrong item and bring the right one. Today is 16 May and I phoned them AGAIN. They promised the correct item would ship today. It has been almost a month since the order was placed. Why am I not holding my breath?

Was short on yeast on Saturday, Vincent waited after close time to assist. Fresh beer served with a pleasant discussion on brewing matters. Happy customer and looking forward to attend an open day.
Supplier of home brewing ingredients, and craft beer. Ingredients shop now under new management, and renamed "Beerginner". Old owner wasn't great with people, but new owner, Sean, is brilliant.
Can only echo Phillip - poor service, continuously have to follow up. Still waiting for refund of out of stock goods (web store showed in stock). Will not buy here again
