Usually on par, got my last order wrong however.. Ordered the Birthday special X2, got home and had 6 mash and gravies and no coleslaw Won't stop me going back though. Chicken is always fresh

Their service is absolutely poor! I waited 30 minutes for them to prepare a bucket of chicken. People who had ordered pieces of chicken after me had gotten their orders way before I did. The people taking orders do not listen to what you want to order and often get it wrong. I always have a good experience with KFC but not this branch. We had ordered a box master and a crunch master and I'm sad to say that this is what I received. The pieces of chicken were smaller than usual and there was barely any lettuce. All the sauce that was on there was all placed at the bottom of the wrap. This is absolutely disappointing.
Best KFC in Johannesburg hands down. Even when you have to wait for chicken... Its ready exactly when they say it will be ready.
Endless waiting for food, hardly ever ready during the dinner and lunch rush. Food isn't really top notch either. Dont bother with drive through, you almost always end up being asked to wait in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes.....not exactly fast food

Love the new online ordering that you can collect from the drive through. Food was hot, fresh and yummy and we scored a free packet of zinger wingers somehow, hence an extra star. Sadly we didn't take photos as the food was polished off in minutes. Next time
There's always missing items with their orders it's like they are doing it on purpose. Can't even start on their chicken. How do you get recipes wrong that's already mixed for you. I'm done ordering food from them.
Fiid was fresh and servi e excellent seeing i was in a hurry.
