After my last two pizzas were absolute nightmares I swore off Luigi's for good. Until I. Delivery ordered on Easter weekend. ( out of town Family insisted) I cannot fault the pizza I had. Well done. The pizza delivery guy you have is outstanding too. Keep it up!

My first time was amazing, which was early 2019. The best part was the abundance of mozzarella cheese on the focaccia Garlic Herb starter, and the pizza was amazing, and the alfredo and lasagne is to die for. Unfortunately I recently ordered and can't say the standard stayed. Seemed stingy for cheese on the focaccia in comparison to what I was first exposed to and secondly the salami and Bacon pizza had stale stake pieces R145 for a large. I've given a 3 for a decent experience, but a 4.5 for what it used to be. Hope this goes back to amazing, I'm a little hesitant to go back and try again.

Was at Luigi's Friday night, and never again. I had 3 trips to the bar to get a beer, as our waiter disappeared and my first 2 trips were forgotten about. I ordered ravioli, that was stuck together, with a cheese sauce that was like milky water. My friends had pizza that were less than average, at best. I have had better food from a petrol station, never again.

I always enjoy a pizza so I am always searching for pizza joints (worldwide). I found Luigi's mentioned on one of the forums and had an opportunity to go. It was quiet at the time, got good service from the waitress, and came the pizza came quite quickly. First impressions, pizza didn't look out of this world, took the first bite and wasnt impressed at all. Pizza tasted like it was frozen and warmed up. Perhaps it was an off day? I don't know but one things for sure, it's not worth the risk giving it a second shot.

We have been going to Luigi's for years. Very good Italian fare, well priced, good service, it's wine selection is more than acceptable. Some of the pasta sauces are excellent. It is well worth visiting again....and again.....and

Best pizza place in Joburg. Great service. Great for family occasions, or that romantic dinner date with your significant other! Smoking and Non-Smoking areas kept separate for your convenience
