Mariska Odendaal Physiotherapy is amazing. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Mariska took me into her care after being in a cervical neck collar for 12 weeks. After 5 weeks of therapy I had mobility in my neck to be able to confidently do normal day to day tasks. Mariska also helped me feel more at ease with the C2 neck fracture I sustained weeks prior to wearing the cervical neck collar and gave me insightful knowledge about upper body anatomy. Helping me better understand nerve endings, muscle types, ligaments and tendons. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking to restore, maintain or find high level treatment for mobility, function and general well being. Thank you Mariska Odendaal Physiotherapy. :)

Mariska is a fantastic physiotherapist and comes highly recommended. She has an excellent bedside manner, is friendly and makes one feel at ease. A thorough assessment is done before treatment is started. She also sends you home with exercises to help strengthen muscle groups and prevent future injuries. In Winter the practice is nicely heated up to help beat the chill.
