Policy no. MAWR001607 Good day, I was given Wilfred's email address by your call centre, and I am frustrated because the jobs are not being attended to fast enough. I understand you appoint the jobs to contractors, however I have to phone and chase them myself. We have had this policy for more than 10 years and the service lately has been terrible to say the least! As the Insurer it is your responsibility to follow and find out why they are not attending to the jobs, so I am doing your work for you and this wastes my time. Your contractors make promises to be there at a time and date and break those promises over and over. Then Maxicare blames the contractor and the contractor blames Maxicare. My stove to be replaced and this claim has also been going on for more than a month, I was told by Wilfred that Mildred would call me, instead I had to call her and she was rude, arrogant and not even apologetic!! She also promised to call me back which she still has not called back! The claim to fix my freezer still wasnt working properly. So Maxicare to change to a different contractor General Appliances - Gerry who claims that he could not reach me as the call centre had given him the incorrect cell number for me, now that is annoying for me already. They have since fixed the freezer

I have this Maxicare polisy for a long time now. In April 2017 I phoned to report n problem with my stove. To date, it is not fixed. The contractor they use is incompetent. They came out 5 times to try and fix it. Every time I had to phone 10 times to get some out. Average response time is between 1an 2 manths. They refused on several occasions my request to speak to a suppervisor or maniger. I have spend n hel op n lot of money on phonecalls. R60 at a time an sometimes the the R60 is not enough, because the have a hi call volume. Hold for the next available agent. They will also put you on hold and not come back. I will let the world know what they do. I have the proof. Recordings date, names, time.....

Pathetic service! Put you on hold for ages, refuse to send you your policy document, don't want to act on complaints about service providers. Try to get in contact with a supervisor to raise complaints, but to no avail. Absolutely pathetic!!! Can anyone please assist to get in touch with top management.
