I have been servicing my car for 3 years now. Both my cars. Now the service is TERRIBLE!!!!! my car came back with issues twice. The service has deteriorated. I will NEVER go back here again. New management is so poor. They do not even know what Customer service is. They have such an attitude, charge for everything and do NOT fix the issue. My car went for a service and came back with the engine light on a day alter. When i took it back, they told me that i have to pay to have them look at it. They told me the service has nothing to do with the engine and are charging R900!! before the service it was fine, now it has all sorts of issues. My biggest problem is how they are handling me, their attitude, them charging me for everything. New management is so POOR!!!! I regret taking my car there knowing it is under new management!

Service levels have deteriorated, they don't call you back even when you have left a message for them to call you. They really struggle with giving feedback to clients Lastly customer services staff is changed almost every two weeks there is no consistency seems like a challenge to retain key personnel

I agree having smaller showrooms with little to no stock, but your showroom should be an interactive experience where only the serious buyers should be sitting in the sales seats and enthusiasts like me just want to hear touch and smell the experience.
