Excellent customer service and they are abiding by Covid regulations and the service is quick and efficient and I enjoyed their meal .

First time I tried the veg burger after 8 years, service was good, but the burger did not taste that great. in comparison to the sauce you buy on the shelf, mild nothing, hot mild ... soo if you want some taste... order Hot .... which will give some flavor. I particularly miss the halloumi veg burger ... not sure if that still exists... I also picked up that the burger and side ordered excludes a drink which we dint attention to until later at the collection point.. we weren't asked either... but anyways... 3/5 stars for me means doing whats expected, far from 4 stars for me for now. will try other eats to comment furthermore.

Was not happy at all. Went through the drive thro - ordered festa chips. Waited for 15 minutes for it. And there was a bit of chips in it. It barely covered the bottom. Shocking!

Food is always up to standard. The food was made very quickly and was super tasty. Their chicken wings were delicious! There are a lot of protocols to ensure Covid-19 safety. Masks must be worn, temperature is taken and social distancing is practiced.

I ordered chicken livers starter. I specifically asked for it to be well done. I got livers that were undercooked. When I pressed it to eat a piece with my roll, I saw blood ooze out. that when I checked all. It was red inside!

Taking so long to pickup Uber eats orders,how can we stand in a restaurant for 30 minutes waiting for the orders yet they're busy serving drive thru and eat in, we as the driver you have to know that we are serving your customers they're not ours, we are just like a bridge to deliver your food, so disappointed. And unprofessional workers

So this Nandos does not have Lemon and Herb sauce or they always take me for granted? Whenever I order something with that sauce it comes plain not even seasoned with salt!
