I have been trying to get refund for a flight cancelled end March. The flight was booked via Travelstart on Qantas. Travelstart indicates that Qantas has not refunded them so they are unable to refund me. Qantas,please pay back my money!!! It's over 3 months since the flight was cancelled. Qantas, pay back the flight refunds for cancelled flights, we are now in August!!!!!

Impossible to get hold of Qantas except through Facebook messenger. Started with robot then think I was speaking to a person. Asked them to cancel my flights. Felt like they did but got no email confirmation and still no refund and they are still sending me emails for upgrade bids. I don’t understand how an airline can be this bad. They need to learn from Emirates.

My husband flew from Sydney to Johannesburg on flight QF63 on the 6th February 2020. He spent the first night and day in pain after eating something dodgy, during his flight, Dr confirmed food poisoning. Very dissapointed in Qantas!!!

Yes also no stars if possible. Their phone number doesn't exist when dialled. their global numbers no one answers and their app once needing to reset a pin or can only use your Australian telephone number which may not work overseas. unable to get hold of anyone form qantas to resolve the issue.

Would give zero stars if possible. My mother and I were traveling from Australia to South Africa as a matter of urgency to see my grandfather who is critically ill in hospital. The flight from Sydney was delayed and as a result qantas took it upon them selves to cancel our connecting flight to Durban and give our seats to other passengers on standby as they thought we wouldn't make the flight. We did however make the flight only to be told at the boarding gate that our seats had been cancelled. As a result we are stuck in a hotel overnight and cannot get to the hospital in Durban until tomorrow. Noone could put us on another flight despite the fact that our tickets were paid in full days ago and cancelled without our permission or knowledge. To add to that the service on our flight QF63 was incredibly poor. Waited a long long time to be served our first meals, requests not followed up, flight attendants being quite rude when we questioned why things we rent being done and also asking us to stand up and close the luggage compartments as it's "not their job". I have flown qantas many times before and this will definitely be the last time. Thankfully one flight attendant James was thoughtful and friendly and was the one and only positive experience from the trip.

The worst website ever. Do Qantas not want to hear from their CUSTOMERS? Cannot find a Customer Service email address to record queries!!! Surely they want to hear from Customers. See Etihad for a user friendly web site. No doubt we won't hear from Qantas.

No lounge And typical Qantas. Charge for the fare but no facilities. The BA lounge is poor - I'd suggest waiting at the gate
