Very clean court! bathrooms clean... Security on the ball!!! but administrator feedback is poor - Postponement after Postponement, can't find court files - and when asked where is my file with my original documents... you get an answer "sorry for delay but your file not back from the magistrate - come back next week or phone for a court date" but the phones don't work / dont get answered.... prepare to take a trip once a week for two months going on 3 in April just to get an update that they cant find your file...

All I know is that when I have had any legal and pressing matters where I require help everyone in this building is happy to help and direct me in the right direction. Patience is key and you will be assisted. Every matter I have ever come for has been sorted yet some days I have had to wait for hours which is painful yet worth it. They have all the Departments you can think of in this building . The only thing is make sure you are early as most places close at 1 some even at 11 for submission or collection of documents.

Serving people takes Dignity and Pride NOT RUDENESS. Even though we looking for free help, it doesn't make us less of human beings. Some jobs should be a calling and not Salary collection.

Postponement after Postponement, can't find court files at the maintenance court. where is the justice!!! I thought there was a strong law against those that do not pay maintenance??? #nojusticesystem

Never seen such a clean court, it's better than Cape Town courts. Only some of the women has to change to decent dress code, otherwise best service Received. I've never expected such an experience, Going back on 1st October 2018,and personally thank a few clergyman. All I can say is top class.. never seen such clean public toilets I could not take pictures but NEXT time I definitely will do so . I could charge my phone in the corridor.. that's the only pic I took

Very busy in the mornings. Best if you come early. The screening process makes it worse. The queues are long and a bit slow.

African excellence in full glorious display. The utter incompetence and spite of the Small Claims court clerk / administrator is beyond belief.

It was really good to visit this Randburg Magistrate court with one of my friend he needed to see a lawyer. Place was quite secure, maximum parking and open place with cool minded people.
