Poor service that simple
Very unhappy, Charged me to do a leak detection, which was paid, quoted me to repair the pool, paid the deposit, came out to do the "repair" which had no improvement at all, after several attempts they told me to just keep the outstanding balance.... I made several appointments with them thereafter to try and resolve this as we had paid deposits and detection fees and there was absolutely no progress in the pool, but a messy surface in my clients swimming pool. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Brought some pool components from them. Price was better than the local Builders. The owners were friendly and offered some helpful advice without trying to upsell anything so appreciated the honesty.
