Please make sure your battery charged fully as they don't have service center on premises mine was dead in 2 months for a brand new car. I took it different dealer and they advised me that battery was not charged fully when they delivered to me. Apart from that all happy.

Great Brand, far from great branch. Will definitely not be dealing with them again. Assistance before the purchase of my car was mediocre, after sales service was below average. Staff need customer service training. PS- You should not be asking people to share their information on a public platform, rather share your details. Clearly lacking customer service as previously mention.
Lovely dealership. Spacious, well situated, the team is friendly and knowledgeable- the management is punctual and willing to go the extra mile. They understand their product and willing to go the extra mile for the client
Love Renault products still have no built up courage to purchase one.
Friendly, but lazy. Cannot access Renault system I'm told. How can a Renault dealership not access Renault system? EDIT TO REPLY FROM OWNER: I do not want my information displayed publicly. But thanks anyway. It's not the first time with this branch. I realize they do not have a workshop, but I do not believe their reasoning that they cannot access any information on Renaults because of lack of workshop.
