If I could give a negative star I would. I don't think I've ever encountered such rude human beings in my life. Avoid this place as if it is a plague. The experience o had with this place was truly traumatic and disgusting.

Worst experience with EXTREME COMPUTERS scamming my parents – my Dad went in to ask them why his laptop won’t turn on (turns out it was his plug point which had blown his charge, due to Eskom, so he just needed a new charger). They told him his hard drive wasn’t working & sold him a new laptop & PUT THE OLD HARDDRIVE in a case and connected it to the new laptop. He also sold a hard drive cover/case for R300 (which was just two pieces of plastic which comes with a cord, which I found funny – cause I mean really now?). My dad could have bought a USB & transferred everything on there for less than half the price. They also took the old hard drive cover. They took advantage of someone who isn’t as tech savvy. I asked for the old laptop back (whereby Andy was highly rude and shouted at me over the phone about me ‘accusing him of such’ when I was just explaining that this was my experience) he eventually told me he could get it back (the second time I phoned and complained) whereas the first time I asked he told me it was impossible… anyway, we took the old laptop (and hard drive) to Incredible Connection who told us that the laptop was old and needed a Windows upgrade but that it would run absolutely fine. My dad is currently using the old laptop with THE OLD HARDDRIVE. Now Andy does not want to take back the new laptop which he sold to my dad, which my dad does not need because there was nothing wrong with his laptop in the first place. Anyway, this was just my experience with Extreme Computers… also I was told by Andy that if I posted anything that he would sue me

I took my dell laptop to dell, ensure IT services, and they charged me 450 to book it in and then sent me a quote for 36000 to fix. I obviously declined and took my friends advice to try Xtreme Computers. They had it working in 2 days and only cost R4600. Highly reccomend, I'm a happy customer.
