I know this. If you love your job, you will never work a day on your life. I met my Dog Bèla. Bought her from a breeder with issues. I'm new to living with dogs and this creature with her eyes captivated my soul. Thf money I spent Is more than I can afford. So I say this, please be kind to animal's. They ask very little in return. My 2 cents.

The veterinarian tried making it out as if there was nothing wrong with my dog, after I insisted my dog has been hurt she did an examination and determined that there was damage. When I told the vet that my dog was hurt she made insulting comments that maybe my dog was just not happy. I went to collect my dog (later that day) the receptionists ignored me and did not inform me of what was going to happen. After waiting 40 minutes without being assisted I lost my temper and insisted on getting my dog immediately. It was as if they felt they could treat me poorly because I look young. - Ezelle Sardinha

Been going to this vet hospital since1996. Always had wonderful service... Quick, efficient and very friendly and compassionate. I would recommend it to anyone who has a pet that is their child.

If I could give 0 stars I would....made an appointment for half 10 got here 20 mins early another person comes with his dog no appointment but gets to see the vet before me sitting for nearly an hour my kitty is scared due to other dogs barking I will not come back here again!!!! Absolutely shocking service

Always a good experience with Flories Vet. They helped us last week by admitting our dog before their opening times after she had to be transferred from night vet. We were pleased with the continuity of treatment and thank you Dr Randall and Dr Paul for the excellent service!

A few weeks ago our little Noodle was run over by a car. The staff were extremely sympathetic and helpful. Dr J Muller who saw our pup was an absolute star and helped us throughout the entire process. Noodle had to have surgery at a specialist but Dr Muller called us twice after the surgery to ensure she was on her way to recovery. She has been twice back due to stitches related issues and we were not charged. We were also not charged for half her stay. It is amazing to meet people now days who genuinely care about animals and not a quick buck. We are so thankful to Dr Muller and his team and would recommend them to anyone! All three my dogs will be seeing them in future! Stunning people and service! Lots of love Noodle and the Swanepoels
