Course is not to bad! Greens are inconsistent, some are fast and good condition and others are slow and patches on the greens. Fairways are in good conditions. Would I recommend playing here yes if you have the time! Difficultly is average some holes more and some not at all. All and all I'll give it a solid 6 out of 10 (if the greens where better it would be 6.8 ) played the course on 27/02/2021 it was green all around as well!

I have lived here for around 4 or 5 years and have always loved it here!! Its fantastic to start out and for young people to start building your adult life in a safe, fun environment with top amenities. Think it also works as a great place for early retirees who are looking for a place move into which is smaller, safer and gives them freedom to move.

Have stayed here before, beautiful views. Also nice to wake up and see people playing golf just in front of your house, very calming. About 3km of running and cycling scenec tracks
