Very bad experience, took my car in came back with more issues, if you have a luxury car dot not not take it there. They could not explain what was the issue with the car. Never again.

Took my car in at 08h20 for wheel alignment and balancing, also asked that they swap two tyres and put a new tyre on my spare wheel. By 12h30 I had no feedback re my car being ready so I called. Car still not ready, I was told they would call me. By 14h00 still no call, I landed up cancelling a meeting and called again, my car was still not ready but I was told they had done the tyre swap and they could not do the alignment etc. as a car was on the lift and they were waiting for spares. At 15h30 I went to collect my car, NOTHING was done. I will never use them again, worst service I have ever had. No communication and a "dont give a damn attitude"

Great service, they opened on a Saturday to help me. I had scraping brakes - what I know about cars is dangerous. They were great. Thank you for the care.
