I am a regular customer at Nando's Ruimsig and have always enjoyed their food. Yesterday I ordered through Urber Eats and received old oily chips and a stale tear and share bread. I drove to the store to exchange the items for fresh ones and still received the same stale bread that was just warmed up. I told the guy the bread was still stale I took a piece it was a hard and horrible. Only when I exited the store he offered me rolles. With the chips they just added 4fresh chips ontop of the old original ones as they where still the same when I got home and dished up. Unfortunately I was made to feel like I was a drama queen when I know how good quality Nandos food can be.

They gave us the wrong bougee bowl, this is not the first time. Sometimes too many people inside, not enough social distancing

I can't believe the response I just got from the owner! Seems he/she is not even reading the reviews right to the end!!! We love Nando's chicken. Just a pitty that the roasted veg and the peri-spinach is one time perfect and the next time watery.

Nando’s offers a hot pot which is a savoury rice with chicken stops ,avo and fried goats milk cheese , this is a light meal, portion are small , so one looks to have a salad aswell. Price of this R69.00 which is rather steep. Prepared food is good.
