I cannot pinpoint as to whether this was the head office systems or this branch at fault....so in the absence of a head office site I guess this branch is taking the brunt of this. I ordered two pizzas today at 16.46 via the mobile app. I immediately received email confirmation that the order was received and routed through to Featherbrooke. After an hour had passed with no word from PH, I called the helpdesk to follow up on the order. At first the agent was polite and offered to assist with tracking the order. She called back quite promptly and advised that the store was currently experiencing load shedding and my pizza would be made when they were back online....hence expected time of delivery between 20.30 and 21.00 (if at all). When I questioned this and asked why my order could not be routed elsewhere, i was abruptly told that "I've explained to you they are offline and can't do anything about it..." at which point i cancelled the order and ended the call. Let's be clear...I place no blame on you for the fact that our national power provider that is meant to provide you with the electricity needed to to run your business, in incapable of keeping the lights on for more than a few moments at a time, I can even, hesitantly, understand that you don't have a generator....although the simple economic principles of supply and demand during load shedding could quite easily justify the cap-ex required to make the investment. What I cannot understand, nor accept, is the fact that you leave my 3 year old son, who is now super excited for the 'man on the pizza bike' wait for over an hour....and I am certain you would have left him waiting longer if I hadn't called in....before telling me "sorry for you..." No worries though....you won't be getting my business again any time soon. Thanks again Pizza Hut....for absolutely nothing.

If I could date this pizza hut zero I would. I ordered on Uber eats, Uber eats guy waited so long for the order to be prepared, I called their number and was met with a ride contact centre agent, I finally got through and they said 5 mins for fries my order is extremely late, I am appalled and I will never order there anymore! Sies!

They got my entire order wrong from the pizza to the drink and they never answer when you try contacting them. Poor service!

The pizza is awesome, BUT if you want good service, DO NOT order online or order online but phone the store immediately to confirm they received your order. It seems there is an issue with online orders and this might give the store a bad name. Pizza still nice and once I confirmed my order telephonically the pizza was delivered within 30min.

What a useless shop, I phone to place order for delivery at 17:00. They said deliver in 30 min. At 18:00 I followed up said delivery is going out now. It is 18:55 now..... still no delivery. They will never see me again.

I love Pizza and best part is that Pizza Hut the best vegetarian options available. But as I raised the concern earlier in my instagram post about using the same cutter to cut all kinds of pizza without even cleaning up the same. Though they have veg marked cutter but workers hands are set on taking the first one and they don't even clean the blade. I don't eat meat or never have in my whole life, shall I accept those pizza ordered or not?
