They keep on keeping me on hold. Otherwise I am asked to phone a different number who then ask me to phone another number and so on and so forth. Other idiocy. ' please press 5. After which press 8 ' etc Once you have eventually managed to get to the right person who tells you solved your problem only to find that it still hasn't been resolved.
