My remote just needed to be reprogrammed which was clearly stated over the phone, the “locksmith” arrived and did the exact same thing I had already googled and tried, THE EXACT SAME THIING! Like really! I feel so insulted, would I really go through the trouble of calling someone if I didn’t already try everything? & after doing what he googled & failed (like I did, that’s why I called) I was expected to pay a ridiculous “after hours” call out fee that would’ve cost more than the googled job?!?!?!?!? DON’T BE A VICTIM!!!
Thys did a great job. He was quick and efficient and more than willing to help us on Christmas evening. Highly recommend T&T as it is affordable and true to the 24 hour emergency services.
